Our Fitness Programs were developed to get people in shape, quickly and with smiles on their faces! Carolyn Schulenburg programs these classes, choosing exercises that alternate between aerobic and anaerobic - working large muscle groups and isolating individual muscles. Each class is individually developed and takes into account the experience and fitness levels of the students. You will workout, you will sweat - but if you're new to kickboxing or exercise programs you will NOT be left behind.

"There are many drills that we do," says 4th degree Black Belt Master Schulenburg, "that can be done at a slower pace as well as double timed for the more advanced students."

Exercise isn't something that gets done once, it's something that remains a part of a healthy lifestyle throughout the years. The WMMA program welcomes people of all ages and fitness levels - and promises more than just fitness.

FITNESS KICKBOXING

Woodstock Mixed Martial Arts offers Fitness Kickboxing, designed for people of all ages and fitness levels. The class is unique because it begins with the idea of having a good time as the platform of every session. Fun and Fitness are the Foundation of a Healthy Lifestyle.


Fitness Kickboxing is 45 minute workout that is offered 2 times a week. Classes are only $169 for a 3 month Session .


Learn to punch, kick, elbow and knee strike your way to a trimmer, leaner you! And, as an added bonus, all of the moves you learn are authentic Mixed Martial Arts techniques - no fluff, no filler. You will learn to strike with power and balance, with lightning speed guaranteed to burn calories!

FITNESS BOOTCAMP

Woodstock Mixed Martial Arts also offers Fitness BootCamp, an exercise and nutrition program that works on losing fat and building muscle through exercises based on kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, sandbags, dumb bells and more! The class features 45 minutes of exercise including Warm Up, Dynamic Motion Exercises and Cool Down/Stretch. BootCamp meets 3 days a week but does require a change in diet for the four weeks of the class. You are required to keep a food log and will learn how to make the best nutrition choices for the greatest health benfits.

The intensity of the class varies by what you put into it: each exercise is designed to have "lighter" as well as more intense versions. The "toys" come in a wide variety of weights so that you can work at a level that is challenging for you!
